QUALITY LABORATORY

San-Par’s Quality Assurance Department and Quality Laboratory apply analysis techniques such as PPAP, Poka-Yoke, and WPS, which define every stage of the product process, enable us to anticipate potential errors, and ensure that preventive actions are taken to make our customers’ products compliant with technical specifications.

San-Par uses a 3D CMM measuring device to perform measurements with the precision required by its customers. In our laboratory, quality tests are carried out using calibrated equipment, including DT (hardness and macro tests) and NDT (visual inspection and penetrant testing). In addition to visual inspections, coating and paint thickness tests as well as cross-cut adhesion tests are also performed in line with customer requirements.
